The Building Process
Oates Construction Company can assist you from planning to completion. Most local building code officials require an engineered stamped plan of the anchor bolt layout, an erection drawing, and permit drawings. Don't start your project without these important documents (we provide these to our customers). Our suppliers are members of the MBMA (Metal Building Manufacturers Association) which assures you that your building will be a quality product.
