Oates Construction Company, Inc., established in 1987, is a General Contractor and licensed to build structures throughout the State of South Carolina. The corporate headquarters is located in Spartanburg, SC. We supply customers with building packages throughout the south-eastern United States. We also contract commercial work in the Upstate of South Carolina.

What we do not do
We are not a broker. Brokers just sell you a package of steel components. No service. The result may (or may not) suit your needs. As a General Contractor, our in-house team is composed of draftsmen, estimators, sales representatives, and project coordinators.
